I always keep coming back to this place. It has everything I need like Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning. The staff even helped me with printing important documents. It suits me perfectly. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

Our stay at Villa Principessa was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The swimming pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds and a pool bar to keep us refreshed. Sanja, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and provided great recommendations for places to visit. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had an amazing time in Croatia and would highly recommend Villa Principessa for a relaxed vacation.

I had a fantastic stay, with location partially to the sea. During the stay everything was brand-new and I got ironing as a compliment. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were available here. The pool was nice🙂

Wow! Our stay at this place was absolutely fantastic! The apartments were beautifully decorated, modern, and spotlessly clean. The host, Sanja, was incredibly friendly, talkative, and super helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and some amazing restaurants. Plus, it was a great base for exploring nearby Split and Omis. I highly recommend these apartments, and we will definitely be coming back for another stay!

That there was no dishwasher in the apartment. But honestly, that was just a minor inconvenience and didn't really affect our overall experience.

our second stay in podstrana was even better than the first. villa principessa exceeded our expectations. everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. great location near the beach, markets, and restaurants. we highly recommend it for families, couples, and everyone!

Sanja was a fantastic host, always available and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The highlight was the huge terrace with a view of the pool, perfect for enjoying the sun all day long. Free parking was available, ensuring peace of mind. this location was peaceful, relaxing, and definitely worth the price!

The facilities provided were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the cooking facilities that were available, allowing me to prepare simple meals. The peaceful and quiet ambiance of the villa added to the overall charm, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind.

With just two hotplates and basic utensils, it was a bit challenging to plan elaborate meals.

Villa Principessa was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great - close to the beach and not too crowded. Sanja provided excellent service - always available for questions and even surprised us with a bottle of wine upon arrival. The apartment felt like a home away from home - with all the necessary amenities and a beautiful view.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from the terrace overlooking the bay of Kotor was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, away from the chaotic traffic but closer to the beauty of nature. The room was clean and cosy, with a well-equipped kitchenette. The host was welcoming and provided great suggestions for things to do and places to visit.
